A Diamond Bomb Threat – Author Spotlight Website

This project involved designing and developing an engaging online presence for A Diamond Bomb Threat, an author-centered website created to showcase a book, its themes, and related content. My goal was to build a visually striking platform that captures visitors’ interest while keeping navigation clear and intuitive.

In creating this site, I focused on strong typography, dark–light contrast, and visual hierarchy to draw attention to the title and featured content. The design approach was inspired by the suspenseful tone implied by the book’s theme, which I translated into dramatic imagery, bold headlines, and clean page layouts. I structured the site to highlight the book, author background, and key calls to action, ensuring that visitors can quickly explore content and learn more.

This project allowed me to integrate both aesthetic design and functional user experience. I used Wix as the primary development platform, applying responsive design best practices so the website displays smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Throughout the build, I emphasized clarity, readability, and easy content management for the client.
